UK markets fell at close of trade; investing. com UK 100 down 1.65%

Investing. com – UK stocks fell after close on Thursday Household Goods & Housing Construction, Life Insurance/Assurance and General Retailers.

With the closing of the London stock market Investing. com United Kingdom 100 fell 1.65%.

Investing. com United Kingdom 100 and exhibiting the most appropriate performance of the session, EasyJet PLC (LON: EZJ) trades at 917.00, up 1.33% or 12.00 points. Meanwhile, BAE Systems PLC (LON: BAES) traded at 533.00 with an increase of 0.76% or 4.00 points International PLC (LON: CRDA) trades at 7.646.0, up 0.66%, or 50.0 points.

Showing the worst performance of the session Intermediate Capital Group PLC (LON: ICP) closed at 2.070.00, down 5.05% or 110.00 points. B&M European Value Retail SA (LON: BMEB) traded at 548.60, down 5.02% or 29.00 points Persimmon PLC (LON: PSN) trades at 2.923.0, losing 4.79% or 147.0 points.

While the number of shares that lost value in the London Stock Exchange was 1743, those of the winners were determined as 477. In addition, 188 shares remained stable.

Croda International PLC (LON: CRDA) shares rose 0.66%, or 50.0, to an all-time high of 7.646.0.

Gold Futures for August delivery lost 0.20%, or 3.65, to $1 an ounce. It sees the process at 798.45 level. Elsewhere in commodities, Crude Oil WTI Futures for August delivery rose 0.80%, or 0.58, to trade at $72.78 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent Oil Futures for September delivery were up 0.75%, or 0.55, at $73.98 a barrel.

GBP/USD fell 0.23% to trade at 1.3768, while EUR/GBP was up 0.67% to trade at 0.8598.

Dollar Index Futures traded at 92,425, down 0.24%.
