Turkish markets fell at the close; BIST 100 lost 0.75% value

Investing. com – Turkish stock markets drop after close on Tuesday Tourism, Non-Metal Mineral Artifacts and Leasing and Factoring.

With the closing of the Istanbul stock market BIST 100 fell 0.75%, hitting a 1-month low.

BIST 100 and exhibiting the best performance of the session, SASA Polyester Sanayi A. Ş. (BUSINESS: SASA) trades at 28,340, up 7.11% or 1,880 points. Meanwhile, Hektaş Ticaret T. A. Ş. (BUSINESS: HEKTS) traded at 7.440, up 1.78% or 0.130 points Migros Ticaret A. Ş. (BUSINESS: MGROS) traded at 32.84, up 1.28%, or 0.42 points.

Showing the worst performance of the session, RTA Lab Biological Eserler İlaç ve Mak. Singing. Trade Inc. (BUSINESS: RTALB) fell 4.62%, or 0.98 points, to close at 20.22. Net Holding A. Ş. (BUSINESS: NTHOL) decreased by 4.08% or 0.160 points, while trading at 3.920 level, Nuh Çimento Sanayi A. Ş. (BUSINESS: NUHCM) is trading at 37.96, depreciating by 3.42% or 1.30 points.

While the number of shares that lost value in the Istanbul Stock Exchange was 270, those of the winners were determined as 77. In addition, 13 shares remained stable.

Gold Futures for August delivery gained 0.46%, or 8.25%, to $1 an ounce. It sees the process at 814.15 level. Elsewhere in commodities, Crude Oil WTI Futures for August delivery rose 1.28%, or 0.95, to trade at $75.05 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent Oil Futures for September delivery were up 1.37%, or 1.03, at $76.19 a barrel.

USD/TRY is down 0.45% to trade at 8.5952 while EUR/TRY is down 0.86% to trade at 10.1514.

Dollar Index Futures traded at 92.550, up 0.32%.
