French markets fell at close of trade; CAC 40 down 2.01%

Investing. com – French stocks fell after close on Thursday Foods & Medicines, Gas & Water and General Financial fell with the decline of shares in branches.

With the Paris stock market closing CAC 40 lost 2.01% price hit 1 month low, meanwhile SBF 120 index fell 1.90%.

CAC 40 and exhibited the most appropriate performance of the session. Saffron SA (PA: PURE) is trading at 117.20, up 1.07% or 1.24 points. Meanwhile, Dassault Systemes SE (PA: DAST) traded at 42.58, up 0.08% or 0.04 points Bouygues SA (PA: BOUY) trades at 30.95, down 0.26% or 0.08 points.

Worst performance of the session Carrefour SA (PA: CARR) fell 4.74%, or 0.81 points, to close at 16.29. Publicis Groupe (PA: PUBP) traded at 52.48, down 3.71% or 2.02 points Kering SA (PA: PRTP) is trading at 712.90, losing 3.37% or 24.90 points.

Sartorius, which processes under SBF 120 and exhibits the best performance Stedim Biotech SA (PA: STDM) traded at 440.80, up 1.64%, while Eurofins Scientific SE (PA: EUFI) gains 1.51% and trades at 101.00. Biomerieux SA (PA: BIOX) increased by 1.48% and closed at 96.16.

The worst performing Solutions 30 SE (PA: S30) is trading at 6.62, down 13.53%. Lagardere SCA (PA: LAGA) traded at 20.44, down 5.72%

(mtag101702) Elior Group (PA: ELIOR) lost 5.65% to close at 5.93.

While the number of shares that lost value in the Paris Stock Exchange was 517, those that gained value were determined as 91. In addition, 62 shares remained stable.

Dassault Systemes SE (PA: DAST) shares rose 0.08%, or 0.04, to an all-time high of 42.58. Sartorius Stedim Biotech SA (PA: STDM) shares rose 1.64%, or 7.10, to an all-time high of 440.80. Eurofins Scientific SE (PA: EUFI) shares rose 1.51%, or 1.50, to a 52-week high of 101.00.

The implied measure of volatility for the CAC 40 CAC 40 VIX remained stable at 0%, reaching 18.96 points. It hit the lowest level in 3 months.

Gold Futures for August delivery lost 0.31%, or 5.55, to $1 an ounce. It sees the process at 796.55 level. On commodities, on the other hand, Crude Oil WTI Futures for August delivery rose 0.50%, or 0.36, to trade at $72.56 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent Oil Futures for September delivery were up 0.50%, or 0.37 percent, at $73.80 a barrel.

EUR/USD is up 0.43% to trade at 1.1840 while EUR/GBP is up 0.71% to trade at 0.8600.

Dollar Index Futures traded at 92,412, down 0.25%.
